1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("User") and vw2 ("Platform", "us"). This document applies to all services provided through the vw2 website, including sports betting, online slots, live casino, horse racing and all related support services.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at vw2. Users found to hold more than one account will face closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds in those accounts, including any winnings.

vw2 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when any situation arises that requires verification. You agree to submit valid identification documents when requested.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

vw2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods:

• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (all major Malaysian banks accepted)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

3.4 Third-Party Accounts

3.5 Funds in Account

Funds held in your vw2 account will not earn interest. vw2 is not responsible for losses arising from currency exchange rate fluctuations, particularly for crypto deposits and withdrawals.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

vw2 offers a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before winnings can be withdrawn.

1. Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → account balance RM250 → wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
2. Example: Deposit RM600 → bonus RM300 (maximum) → account balance RM900 → wagering required: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
3. The bonus may only be claimed once per user or unique IP address.
4. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers may result in cancellation of the bonus and account closure.
5. vw2 reserves the right to change or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.2 VIP Programme

vw2 VIP members are eligible to receive weekly cashback based on their membership tier. There are five VIP tiers, each offering a different cashback rate:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on your betting activity. vw2 reserves the right to adjust VIP eligibility based on periodic reviews.

4.3 Other Promotions

Other promotions such as birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, crypto cashback and reload promotions may be offered from time to time. Each promotion will come with its own terms that should be read before acceptance.

5. Betting and Game Rules

5.1 General Rules

All bets placed at vw2 are subject to their respective game rules. The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. Any bet placed accidentally or after the designated period has ended is void.

5.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to official results from the relevant sporting body. Odds displayed are at the time the bet is placed and are not subject to change after the bet is confirmed. vw2 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.

5.3 Use of Automated Software

The use of bots, automation software or any tool that exploits the vw2 system is strictly prohibited. vw2 uses advanced detection technology and will take immediate action against any breach, including account closure and balance forfeiture.

6. Account Security and Privacy

6.1 User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your login information confidential. vw2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you.

6.2 Response to Unauthorised Access

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the vw2 customer support team immediately via live chat. vw2 will freeze your account while an investigation is carried out.

6.3 Personal Data Processing

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure by User

You may close your vw2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the stated conditions.
